Through both ambulatory services and hospital-based care, he has provided hands-on support to thousands of equine patients. Under his leadership, Humphrey, Giacopuzzi & Associates has grown into a fully equipped facility capable of delivering emergency and critical care—ensuring that horses receive timely, high-quality treatment when it matters most.

His longstanding presence as a veterinarian at the Ventura County Fair reflects both his reputation and his commitment to serving horse owners where they are. He has also supported the future of equine medicine as a donor to the UC Davis Center for Equine Health and was conferred the distinction of AAEP Honor Roll status for his continued involvement in the profession.

Known for his practical knowledge, business acumen, and willingness to step in wherever needed, Dr. Giacopuzzi has set an example for those entering the field, demonstrating what it means to build a career grounded in service, reliability, and care. His influence is felt not only in the horses he has treated, but in the veterinarians and team members who have learned alongside him.
